About Us

At Aspiring Leaders Academy (ALA), we provide personalized childcare for children aged 1 to 6 years, focusing on early development and long-term educational success. Our engaging programs are tailored to each child’s needs, ensuring high-quality care and growth.

Located in Tall Timbers, ALA is a licensed, home-based family childcare (FCC) center offering a warm, engaging environment that feels like an extension of family. Specializing in early childhood education, we go beyond supervision by fostering skill development and supporting emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth.

With a focus on safety, inclusivity, and collaboration, we create a diverse, respectful environment. Our commitment to excellence makes us a trusted choice for in-home childcare in New Orleans.

At ALA, we don’t just care for children—we inspire future leaders by nurturing curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
